1. Placing of order

1.1
In order to place an order please register using the application forms available. Please fill in all the fields on the form.  

1.2
All products in our shop are categorized. By selecting the category name you are then directed to specific product sections. Promotions and deals may also be selected.  If you require a quick product look-up, please enter the name of the product in the search box on the right side of the shop tab.  

1.3
By clicking on the “Add to basket” icon, the product is added to your shopping basket. The number of products in your shopping basket and their value is shown. Any number of products may be added or removed from your shopping basket. 

2. Confirmation of order

2.1.
After receipt of your order, a confirmation will be sent to you which includes the cost and delivery terms. Your order will only be placed once we receive approval of the confirmation sent. Should no approval be received within 14 days your order will automatically be cancelled.  

2.2.
Clients placing an order requiring an advance payment, should after receipt of confirmation of  the order, immediately effect payment of such advance. Orders will only be processed after we receive payment into our account. If no payment is received within 3 days, your order will automatically be cancelled.  

3. Cancellation of order

3.1.
An order which has been placed and confirmed can still be cancelled. 3.2.
An order which has already been confirmed and is being processed for delivery may not be cancelled.  

4. Execution of order
We try our best to ensure orders are processed quickly, however our company is closed on weekends. Any orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will only be processed on Monday.   The ordered products will be dispatched within 48 hours after confirmation of order, unless another period is agreed individually.  

5. Payment and delivery terms 

5.1.
All deliveries are handled by DPD who guarantee delivery between 1 – 4 days depending on your location. 

5.2.
All information regarding delivery and delivery costs will be confirmed in our offer/confirmation of order sent to you. 

5.3.
The cost per standard package weighing up to 10 kg is approximately PLN 21.35 gross. Should more than one package be necessary, PLN 21.35 will be charged per additional package.  

Your order may also be collected personally.  
Collection in person should be from our office, Monday to Friday during office hours 9:00 to 16:00. 
 

6. Guarantees 

6.1.
All our products are covered by the manufacturers guarantee. 

6.2.
In the event of any damages occurring during delivery,  please contact us immediately on  +48 (022) 747-0527.

6.3.
If your claim is justifiable, we will refund delivery costs and exchange the product. If the product is no longer available, we will refund your entire cost for the product. When making a claim, please provide your full banking details. 

7. Refunds and returns

7.1.
Clients have the right to return the purchased product, regardless of the reason, within 7 days of delivery. 

7.2.
Returns will be accepted on condition that the product shows no signs of use and is in its original and undamaged packaging. 

 7.3.
The returned product should be returned to us at your cost together with the sales document received with the delivery. 

8. Data protection
Clients placing orders in our shop agree to their personal data being used for execution of such order. Your personal data will not be used for any other purposes or be made available to third parties.
